About This Spot

Step inside Las Palmas, and you’re immediately embraced by an unpretentious, neighborly vibe that feels like discovering a cherished local secret tucked into a quiet Napa street. The modest storefront gives way to a space where friendly faces and genuine warmth are part of the welcome as much as the enticing aromas from the kitchen. Here, the rhythm is casual and comforting—the kind of place where pacing slows just enough so you can settle in, share conversation, and savor more than just a meal.

Las Palmas carries the ease of a family gathering brought to life by authentic Mexican flavors crafted with care and heart. The kitchen hums behind the scenes, blending familiar dishes with thoughtful touches that echo traditions without ever feeling routine. Whether you’re drawn by the lively tang of a perfectly spiced Michelada or the soothing comfort of a rich mole, each plate invites you to experience the vibrant textures and bold tastes that shape the menu’s personality.

The intimate seating, including a sun-soaked outdoor nook, encourages leisurely visits where friendly service feels personal rather than rehearsed. It’s clear that the staff here know their neighbors, and that genuine interest in your dining experience helps create a space that’s both welcoming and relaxed. Affordable portions mean you can indulge without rush, making it easy to return again and again—whether you’re seeking a hearty burrito after a long day or a casual spot to unwind over fresh guacamole and a bright cocktail.

At its core, Las Palmas is less about polish and more about presence: a spot where the everyday intersects with a little bit of joy, where flavors and faces linger long after the meal ends. It’s a reminder that some of the best meals happen in places that feel like home, a warm pause on your journey through Napa’s many flavors.

As a high school student, the typical Wendy’s and McDonalds can get boring. My dear friends told me about Las Palmas, and now I can’t stop coming! The entirety of the staff all have genuine smiles and attitudes, and they treat you not as a customer but as a friend and person. Prices are very very affordable, and the sample sizes are big! Costed me 8$ for a HUGE burrito and a canned soda with my student ID. They have indoor and outdoor seating options to complement the experience. Props to Las Palmas, don’t listen to the one star reviews. Just go!

This place is wonderful! We are visiting town and found this place through reviews and can say with certainty that it did not disappoint. Great prices, free chips/salsa, amazing food and the BEST customer service. Nick was our waiter, and we learned that he is the son of the owners (who were both in the kitchen). His sister was also there working. Nothing beats a family run business. I’m so glad we found Las Palmas and had the pleasure of Nick serving us! He was so kind!!

Delicious! Friendly and efficient service, cute and relaxing outdoor seating area, very reasonably priced, fresh food with lots of flavor. Good beer selection, and something on the menu for everyone. Highly recommended. Shrimp tacos were especially good.

Blink and you'll miss it! A tiny storefront on almost a neighborhood street hides great atmosphere and great food. Brought to you by great servers. The "Palmas" of the name are actually camouflaged posts up to the ceiling. But the food is authentic. The servers are vitally interested in your dining enjoyment. The interior is not as polished as any chain restaurant. But the food offerings are all there. Dished and presented in an appetising way. I ordered the Chili Verde burrito _with_ jalapeños mixed in. I'm not a "mouth on fire" guy, but you will be paying attention as you partake. Enjoy! One small complaint: the introductory serving of salsa and chips was barely enough for one person, and there were two of us. Reader, if any review here helps you decide, please drop a thumbs-up to the writer!

Stopped by in Napa, and this place was delicious food, great draft beer, amazing mole, and overall great atmosphere. I can see why the reviews are all super positive!

Okay! Probably one of the best places yet! The food is great, the menu is incredibly diverse; pot stickers and a burrito? Yeah! Awesome... The best part is the service. The staff are so present and ready to provide assistance at all times. Go! Eat! Enjoy!!!!
